HOSPITAL VISIT

The students of Little Ducklings & Arwachin International School, Pilkhuwa visited G.S. Hospital on Saturday, 14th December 2019. These the tiny tots observed how the doctors and nurses took after the sick and the injured.

The Hospital visit made the children learn how and why doctors and nurses are important members of communities, helping people stay healthy and helping them heal when they are sick.

Students visited a Hospital for an awareness programme, to provide education and counseling in a variety of health and wellness topics.

Students also learnt how to share their health problems with doctors without getting scared of injections.

Lively activities give young learners a chance to experiment with techniques to bridge the gap between the language of the classroom and the world outside. These experiments give them creativity with newly acquired language so that they can communicate well in real life situations.

These activities are important because they incorporate non-verbal aspects of communication into teaching by giving students an opportunity to learn and practice gestures, facial expressions and other paralinguistic ways of communicating.
